Ohio United Way is requesting proposals for the development of a Comprehensive Business Plan for Ohio's Statewide 2-1-1 Program. A collaborative effort, Ohio United Way & The Ohio Alliance of Information & Referral Systems have joined together to complete a statewide system for public access to health & human service information & referral via the three digit telephone number 2-1-1.
